With the acquisition of the GlenAllachie distillery, Billy Walker also acquired the MacNair's brand. This great bottling showcases the ingenuity of the Master Distiller: Originally from Panama, the rum, on its volcanic soil, where the used sugarcane could thrive perfectly. The first years of maturation in American oak barrels were also influenced by the tropical climate of Central America. This allowed the flavors to unfold and develop particularly quickly. The pre-matured spirit was then transferred to the GlenAllachie distillery in the Scottish Speyside. Here, further maturation took place in wine, virgin oak, and former bourbon barrels.

This exciting combination of tropically matured rum and Billy Walker's great expertise led to the wonderful aromas presented by this rum: a whole range of tropical fruits dominates the entire tasting experience with delicious intensity. Ginger, sweet toffee notes, and caramel complement the pleasure. At 46% ABV, the flavors come to the fore optimally, while ensuring a mild drinking experience. The beautiful bronze hue alone comes from the great barrel combination and the 7 years of maturation.
